Soldier Field 10 Miler

The Soldier Field 10 Miler ended up being such a blast! I ended up running about 10 min/miles until mile 7 and then picking up the pace the last 5k. Here’s what my running app showed me I did.

It also shows that I clearly paid NO attention to running the tangents and instead added a 1/3 mile to the 10. Because that’s exactly what I needed after only running 6 in the last 3 weeks.

Lots of stretching, compression wear, and foam rolling has followed. I’m spending time at my parent’s house this weekend for my mother’s birthday so I’ll leave you with a bunch of pictures from the race.
