Quick morning recap!

I have about 3 minutes before I need to get to work but I am determined to let you know about my awesome workout today!

I’ve mentioned this before but I did a modified version of Courtney’s 10-10-10 strength and cardio circuit. I did two sets of everything instead of three, because of time, and I sprinted anywhere between 8:00 and 8:30 instead of power walking, plus I added a little more running to the end so I could round out an even mile.

I already feel my arms and shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow and I can’t wait! It’s been a while since I’ve really worked out my upper body; I’ve forgotten how much I love it.

Toasted bread, fried egg, half a slice of pepper jack cheese, and a slice of turkey. Followed by a banana. I’m definitely adding this quick recipe to my rotation!
